Here's our little big updates

See what's new added, changed, fixed, improved or updated in RevenueHero.

New conditions for text-based filters

We know it’s not been a week yet, but we are back with a few quick product updates that we think you’ll love.

New conditions have been added for text-based filters!

When you are adding conditions to your distribution/matching rules, it can be based on Form Inputs, CRM Fields, or Enriched Fields.

The new update supports 3 new operators for text-based filters - “contains”, “does not contain”, and “starts with”.

This lets you get a lot more granular when it comes to setting up qualification criteria so that your reps don’t waste their time on dead-end meetings and can prioritize buyers with the most potential.

Improvements & Fixes
  1. We have now fixed issues with our Chrome Extension to ensure that whenever you use HubSpot/Salesforce our Chrome Extension always shows within the tool, compared to earlier when it was not showing for some people.

  2. The scheduler snippet now works for multiple HubSpot forms on the same page.

  3. When choosing members in the Relays distribution pod, deleted users won’t be shown in the list of members.

  4. The issue of CRM filters not loading for manual form mapping when refreshing the fields has been fixed.

  5. On the Workflows page, when you toggle between the active/inactive options for any workflow, the order of the workflow list will not get jumbled now.

Chrome extension upgrades

It’s been a couple of months since we rolled out the RevenueHero Chrome Extension to all our customers. Based on all the conversations we’ve had since then, we realized it’s time for an upgrade.

Lo and behold! Here’s everything new and improved in our Chrome Extension.

  1. We have updated the extension to reflect the new UI design.

  2. The extension is now disabled when inside RevenueHero to avoid bugs due to using both together.

  3. Chrome extension support for Outlook web will work similarly to Gmail where a prospect name will have a RevenueHero icon next to it. You can click on that icon to book a meeting instantly from your inbox.

  4. The individual conversation layout in Outlook web is now supported by our Chrome Extension. Outlook has 3 different display layouts similar to Gmail, of which you can access the RevenueHero Chrome Extension from the individual conversation pane.

Improvements & Fixes
  1. There were issues while using our Chrome extension in Gmail where the “view in CRM” icon next to the prospect’s name would not always show up. This has now been fixed.

  2. The issue with shortcuts in the Chrome extension not getting saved properly has been resolved.

Watch this space for the next announcement. Until then, if you need further assistance, reach out via Slack or drop us an email.

Enrichment support for matching rules, UI updates, editable groups, and more

Our dev team is working at the speed of light to improve, update, and better the product. And we are super pumped to be sharing the next set of updates with you.

  1. Native enrichment support for matching rules

Our native enrichment feature now lets you add enriched fields as conditions in your matching rules as well.

With this, RevenueHero can enrich and detect 3 fields without having to set up hidden fields in the web form - personal email, disposable email, and email TLD.

These enriched fields can be added as conditions in your matching rules to help you match the prospect with the existing lead/contact/account owner in your CRM and assign meetings to them.

  1. Simpler UI for contact form management

Managing the contact forms in your campaign routers (A.K.A magic links) has gotten a whole lot easier.

We have given the UI a much-needed refresh so that it is simpler and easier for you to manage the contact form for each of your campaign routers.

You can now find a Contact Form tab when you open each router. This makes it easier for you to access and manage your forms for each router.

  1. Added edit group functionality

A group is a collection of people with similar roles that can be created within each team. For example, if you’re selling a technical product where you need both an Account Executive and a Solutions Engineer on the call, you can create groups to show combined availability of an AE plus SE.

Today, we’ve added the ability to edit a group, which includes adding/removing members and updating the group name.

To edit a Group:

  • Go to the Teams tab in your Organization Settings.
  • Choose the Team which has the group you want to edit.
  • Click the Groups tab under the Team Name.
  • Click on the edit icon that is on the top-right of each Group box.
  • Make the changes you want and click “Update Group”.
  1. Visible scrollbars added across the app

Moving through the app is easier than before with the addition of visible scrollbars throughout the app.

  1. Upcoming meetings included in distribution reports

That’s right.

In addition to viewing your team’s past meeting stats, you can now also get insights into all the number of upcoming meetings assigned to each rep. This helps you monitor meeting distribution amongst reps, allowing you to proactively change your distribution logic if needed.

Improvements & Fixes
  1. The routing log now displays the session ID.

  2. The “Confirm” button shows when hovering over a slot in the scheduler.

  3. Matching rules now work properly for custom field-based rules. Existing issues when creating relay meetings where the booker and assignee are the same person have been fixed.

  4. Minor glitches when duplicating a Personal Meeting Link are now resolved.

  5. Login input after pressing enter has been disabled to prevent bad login.

  6. Performance optimization to make pages that have tabs render faster.

Updates to DKIM configuration

It’s a short and sweet update from us this week. So let’s dive right in.

We have updated our DKIM configuration such that the keys required now while configuring it need to be “rhs1.domain name” and “rhs2.domain name”. This is to prevent conflicts for customers who are using SendGrid with “s1.domain name” and “s2.domain name” in use.

Improvements & Fixes
  1. Personal meeting links now support video embeds from Vimeo business accounts. Previously, you could embed videos only from Vimeo personal accounts.

  2. Fixed issues when the redirect timer wouldn’t show up at times in the scheduler.

  3. The table width for round-robin history has been fixed to stretch to full screen.

  4. The casing for the values in the routing log has been removed. Values that come in via the form will be displayed as is rather than capitalized.

Email TLD via Enrichment

A new week calls for new updates from the RevenueHero HQ!

Our existing native enrichment feature already supports the Email TLD field. It is now updated to include more educational subdomains.

These enriched fields can be added as conditions in your distribution rules to help qualify or disqualify if the lead’s email ids contain any of these top level domains.

Improvements & Fixes
  1. Previously, prospects were able to submit contact forms with incorrect values and validation errors. This issue has now been fixed.

  2. The onboarding screen is shown for customers using Okta, which was earlier getting bypassed.

  3. Cloning of the inbound router now creates a new router rather than updating the existing router.

  4. The issue of the selected fallback pod not showing up when assigning a Relay meeting has been resolved.
