January 2024 Product Updates

The first changelog of 2024 is here! And it’s time to jump right in and discover all the amazing launches and updates that went live in January.

1. Collective Round Robin - Cause it takes an entire team to win a deal

THE BIGGEST FEATURE LAUNCH YET!!! 🔥🌪

Our excitement is through the roof for this one. And rightly so.

RevenueHero’s Collective Round Robin lets you round-robin, pair members from two teams, and display common times to prospects.

“Wait… Can this be right? Round robin more than one team, display common time slots, and add them to the meeting?” We hear you. And yep, you read that right.

If you run a technical demo and haven’t been able to add your SEs to your first call without your AEs doing the manual work of finding who is available at the same time, this is the solution you’re looking for.

This has been a highly sought-after capability by GTM teams who sell technical products to enterprise customers so they have all the right people at the meeting.

And if you’re a RevenueHero customer you can set it up in 5 minutes and have your A team on the call without your AE juggling calendars.

The best part? You can set up Collective Round Robin to run on any channel— be it by email, on the website after form submissions, or even from within the app.

Collective round robin

Let’s take a look at the most popular scenarios where RevenueHero’s Collective Round Robin can have a big impact.

(1) When you have to add a Solutions Engineer on the first call

If you are selling a complex product you might want to have a solutions engineer with your account executive on the first call to handle any technical questions.

Better to leave the technical details to the tech expert, am I right?

(2) When you have to set up implementation calls

If your implementation starts after a deal is won, your account executive can share a link to set up the implementation call along with the implementation manager.

(3) When you onboard via email sequences

If you send onboarding emails with RevenueHero’s Magic Links, ensure you have your A-Team on the call for your most important accounts by including an onboarding specialist and a sales rep.

(4) When you have to renew contracts

If you are setting up calls to discuss account health and contract renewals, this is a great way to include your account executive and your CSM from the get-go.

Here’s a quick walkthrough of how you can set up collective round-robin on RevenueHero. For more assistance, reach out to us on Slack and we’ll help you set it up.

2. Time zone search in the RevenueHero Scheduler

You can now search for time zones in the RevenueHero scheduler using capital cities. For example, when you search for Madrid, you’ll automatically get the corresponding time zone, CET. Because let’s be honest, it’s less annoying to search for a city you know instead of doing mental mathematics.

3. Translation support

Collective round robin

RevenueHero now offers translation support across Personal Meeting Links, Relays, and Magic Links.

When we launched our region-based, native scheduling experience at the end of last year, it was only for inbound routers. But now this capability is available across all your routers and meeting links to help you engage in the language of your prospects.

It’s like we’re breaking language barriers left and right! 🌐

4. Individual routing log for every router

Collective round robin

Some folks preferred adding filters to the Routing Log and viewing the nitty gritties of where each prospect came from. But others spent time within the router and had to go back and forth to view these details. If you’re one of those folks in the other camp, this one’s for you. The latest update lets you access the Routing Log specific to a router in 1 click. Easy peasy.

Improvements & Fixes
  1. Chrome extension support has been added for more Outlook domains such as outlook.ae and outlook.office.com.

  2. Asia/Hebron has been added to our timezone list. Now our clocks are totally vibing with that Asia/Hebron groove! 🌏

  3. Prospect names in the routing log will show the values as entered rather than capitalizing them, which prevents confusion when filtering users.

  4. Get this: with the Chrome extension, there were moments when sharing personal meeting links would make the whole screen freeze when switching time zones. Major bummer, right? Well, good news! We’ve totally squashed that bug now. Smooth sailing from here on out! 🕒🚀

  5. When it comes to distribution pods, you’ll now see the total members showcasing only the active users. No more clutter with deleted users in the mix – keeping it clean and straightforward is how we roll.

That’s all for now folks! Catch you in the next announcement. Until then, if you need any assistance, reach out via Slack or drop us an email.

Multi-lingual scheduler

Say hello to your prospects in 31 different languages!

We are thrilled to be ending the year on a high note with the launch of our region-based, native scheduling experience.

In simpler terms, RevenueHero now speaks the language of your prospects!

By adding localization to the scheduler, RevenueHero auto-detects the locale from your prospect’s browser and shows them the scheduler in one of the 31 languages supported.

Meet your customers where they are and engage in their dialect by eliminating language barriers from the get-go.

If you need further assistance, reach out via Slack or drop us an email and we’ll show you how it works.

Updated enrichment filter, calibration settings, and more

This week we’ve released more improvements to RevenueHero to provide the best possible user experience to our customers.

1. Booker domain filter in native enrichment feature ✨

This can be used when you want to add another layer of qualification by blocking/allowing a particular domain in your distribution and matching rules. You can choose if you want to qualify prospects only with a particular booker domain, or based on if it’s part of an existing list.

For example, you can filter out generic and spam leads whose booker domain names are abc.com.

2. Scheduler Settings tab is replaced with Meeting Settings ✨

Enrichment filter

The next update you’ll notice within the product is under Organization Settings.

Previously you could only edit the auto-redirection timer under the scheduler settings.

With the new update, you can also choose if you want the form entries/answers to be included in meeting invites from here. This is applicable only for Inbound Routers and Personal Meeting Links.

Admins can use the toggle button to easily enable/disable this at any time.

3. UI refresh of the round-robin settings page ✨

Enrichment filter

You can find the round-robin settings under your Organization’s Distribution Settings tab.

This setting determines how meetings are distributed amongst different members in teams and will impact the number of available slots that your customers get to choose from.

You can switch between Strict and Flexible Round Robin easily from the drop-down menu in just a couple of seconds. All your meetings going forward will be assigned to reps based on the distribution method you choose.

It’s new. It’s nimble. It’s neat.

4. Meeting calibration for cancellations and no-shows ✨

Enrichment filter

This one’s a biggie. And one that we are sure admins and reps will appreciate.

You can now credit meetings back to reps whenever a meeting is canceled or marked as a no-show. Just by enabling the capability. This ensures that everyone gets a fair shot at hitting their targets and it is so much easier for sales and RevOps managers to ensure fair distribution amongst reps. Win-win!

5. Option to delete inbound routers

Enrichment filter

We have now introduced this capability for admins to delete an inbound router by clicking on the 3 dots at the top right of the router. From the menu, choose the Delete option.

A pop-up message will inform you of the consequences of doing so and ask for your confirmation. Click on “Yes, Delete” to delete the router.

Catch you in the next announcement. Until then, if you need further assistance, reach out via Slack or drop us an email.

New conditions for text-based filters

We know it’s not been a week yet, but we are back with a few quick product updates that we think you’ll love.

New conditions have been added for text-based filters!

When you are adding conditions to your distribution/matching rules, it can be based on Form Inputs, CRM Fields, or Enriched Fields.

The new update supports 3 new operators for text-based filters - “contains”, “does not contain”, and “starts with”.

This lets you get a lot more granular when it comes to setting up qualification criteria so that your reps don’t waste their time on dead-end meetings and can prioritize buyers with the most potential.

Improvements & Fixes
  1. We have now fixed issues with our Chrome Extension to ensure that whenever you use HubSpot/Salesforce our Chrome Extension always shows within the tool, compared to earlier when it was not showing for some people.

  2. The scheduler snippet now works for multiple HubSpot forms on the same page.

  3. When choosing members in the Relays distribution pod, deleted users won’t be shown in the list of members.

  4. The issue of CRM filters not loading for manual form mapping when refreshing the fields has been fixed.

  5. On the Workflows page, when you toggle between the active/inactive options for any workflow, the order of the workflow list will not get jumbled now.

Chrome extension upgrades

It’s been a couple of months since we rolled out the RevenueHero Chrome Extension to all our customers. Based on all the conversations we’ve had since then, we realized it’s time for an upgrade.

Lo and behold! Here’s everything new and improved in our Chrome Extension.

  1. We have updated the extension to reflect the new UI design.

  2. The extension is now disabled when inside RevenueHero to avoid bugs due to using both together.

  3. Chrome extension support for Outlook web will work similarly to Gmail where a prospect name will have a RevenueHero icon next to it. You can click on that icon to book a meeting instantly from your inbox.

  4. The individual conversation layout in Outlook web is now supported by our Chrome Extension. Outlook has 3 different display layouts similar to Gmail, of which you can access the RevenueHero Chrome Extension from the individual conversation pane.

Improvements & Fixes
  1. There were issues while using our Chrome extension in Gmail where the “view in CRM” icon next to the prospect’s name would not always show up. This has now been fixed.

  2. The issue with shortcuts in the Chrome extension not getting saved properly has been resolved.

Watch this space for the next announcement. Until then, if you need further assistance, reach out via Slack or drop us an email.
