UI Revamp

It’s finally here!

The fresher, faster, and finer version of the RevenueHero interface.

Over the last year as we worked with a lot of our customers, we received feedback, inputs, and insights that got our team thinking. The goal at the end of the day is to make it as easy and efficient as possible when customers use our platform.

Our brilliant dev team has worked relentlessly to give a makeover to the RevenueHero app, making it sleeker than before. It is designed to make your day-to-day interactions with the app a breeze.

This revamp is focused on 3 major aspects:

  1. A brand new layout for effortless navigation Our clean new layout is like a well-organized closet—everything has a place, making finding what you need a walk in the park.

  2. Info packed, easy on the eyes interface More information, less hunting. Our new layout ensures you can soak in all the vital details through a quick glance across modules. At the rate at which marketers experiment with our features, it’s only fair that we help them go faster.

  3. Get more done with less clicks The app feels like it’s almost a mind reader when you try navigating around with our context-aware command center. Some actions now need zero clicks. It’s like magic with a K.

With this release, not only have we elevated the look and feel of the platform but we have also added a lot of new capabilities and upgraded existing ones. Let’s take a quick tour of everything new and buzzing!

The RevenueHero app is now organized into 8 modules.

  1. Meetings
  2. Links
  3. Inbound Hub
  4. Campaign Hub
  5. Relays Hub
  6. Meeting Types
  7. Workflows
  8. Settings

Meetings - The source of all the magic

Our new Meetings layout makes it easy to get the most important details of a meeting in a quick glance, with more emphasis on the date, time, and source of the meeting, along with details of the meeting. Whenever you land on the RevenueHero’s meetings list page, you can quickly spot what’s coming up and plan your day accordingly.

Your meetings are also neatly categorized based on statuses (Scheduled | Completed | Canceled | No Show) to help you quickly navigate through to what you’re looking for without adding filters.

UI image

Dive into the finer details of each meeting through the updated meeting detail page which is now divided into 5 cards.

  1. Meeting Overview
  2. Meeting Participants
  3. Meeting Invite, Reminder, and Form Entries
  4. Meeting Actions (reschedule, reassign, cancel, schedule again)
  5. Meeting Source (inbound/campaigns/relays along with qualified rule, meeting link URL, and routing log)

UI image

Choosing the right meeting link is now a virtual stroll. Quick previews save you from having to open links to figure out which one to send over. The previews show you the duration of each meeting, along with the pre and post-meeting buffer, and the pages you’ve added inside each meeting link (booking page, contact info, and confirmation page).

UI image

Inbound Hub

One of the major changes you’ll notice in the left navigation bar is the addition of Inbound, Campaign, and Relays. What we’ve essentially done is create individual and easy-to-access sections for each of these features. Previously, it was all housed under the Routing and Rules, and now we’ve cleaned it up and made it more simpler and straightforward.

Let’s get started with the Inbound Hub. The new dashboard is a one-stop-shop for traceability (Routing logs), configuration, and reporting for your inbound routers.

Traceability

The 3 main reports concerning your inbound routers can be found here. While it’s gotten a fresh new look, all functionalities remain the same, like you know and love. This includes:

  1. Routing Log
  2. Conversion Reports
  3. Distribution Reports

UI image

Routers

The new layout for your Inbound Routers gives you a quick health and sanity check of each router by surfacing additional information about -

  1. Form submissions in the last 28 days and the trend relative to the last 28 days
  2. Number of meetings booked in the last 28 days and the trend relative to the last 28 days
  3. Redistribution and contact creation status for the router
  4. A summary of rules that are active in the router

Additionally, the edit and duplicate actions are now safely placed as extra button clicks so you don’t accidentally clone your router.

UI image

Rules

The new layout for your Matching and Distribution rules gives you a preview of:

  1. Which team/teams do the meeting get assigned to
  2. Whether the rule updates the owner in the CRM
  3. In cases of matching rules - what condition and object is considered for a match

We have also updated the flow of creating Matching and Distribution Rules to make it more convenient and easier for admins. You can find the detailed process breakdown here, but in the meantime take a look at one of the biggest changes.

Matching Rules

You are now required to first choose who the meetings should be assigned to.

This would be a single member from a matched criteria where the meeting is assigned if the prospect is matched to an owner in CRM.

UI image

Distribution Rules

Similar to matching rules, you are required to first choose who the meetings should be assigned to.

This would be a single member from a Round Robin list where the meeting gets assigned to a single member who is available at the chosen time, from a single Round Robin list.

UI image

Campaign Hub

The overhaul of the Campaign Router Hub is very similar to the Inbound Router Hub. The new dashboard is your go-to place for traceability (Routing logs), configuration, and reporting for your campaign routers.

Functional and visual updates made to routers, rules, and reports in the Campaign Hub are equivalent to the Inbound Hub ones.

UI image

Find the detailed guide to Campaign Routers here. And if you need further assistance reach out via Slack and we’ll help you set it up.

Relays

RevenueHero’s Relays can now be managed in a single section that now houses all the workflow and links for your handoff process.

UI image

With that, we’ve come to a close on today’s updates.

There are so many new capabilities and actions for you to explore. And we are so excited for you to take the new and exciting UI for a spin.

We’d love to hear your thoughts on it. If you have any questions, just drop a message on our Slack channel or send an email to support@revenuehero.io and we’ll help you out.

Native Enrichment Support

We are excited to share that RevenueHero offers native enrichment support through which it can enrich and detect 4 new fields without having to set up hidden fields in the web form.

It works out of the box without the need for any additional products. You can route meetings to the right team based on region without any extra developer effort.

The 4 fields that we support out of the box are:

  • Personal email: whether the prospect used a free inbox or not
  • Disposable email: whether the prospect’s email came from a list of temporary emails
  • Country: what country did they visit from
  • Timezone: what timezone did the prospect operate in

These enriched fields can be added as conditions in the distribution rules to help you qualify leads instantly.

Easily map the RevenueHero enriched fields to your CRM fields to ensure all the data gets synced in real-time. Furthermore, you can find all the leads that have been qualified based on the enrichment rule in your Routing Log.

Routers, Form Mapping, Chrome Extension Support

It’s a new quarter and our dev team is going full steam ahead to bring you some amazing feature updates.

This week the focus has been on upgrading existing capabilities and improving the overall experience of RevenueHero. Let’s find out what’s gotten a sprucing over.

Contact Form for Campaign Routers

When creating/editing a Campaign Router, an additional step has been added to allow admins to customize what data needs to be collected in the contact form. This has been specifically introduced for situations where you require additional data from your prospects such as phone number or consent to process the meeting booked.

There are 4 fields in the Contact Form -

  1. Email (Mandatory)
  2. Name (Mandatory)
  3. Phone Number
  4. Consent

You can use the toggle button to choose if you want to add/remove the phone number and consent fields. Based on your company guidelines, you can also customize the text that is displayed in the consent field.

This is how the Contact Form will look to the customer.

Automated Form Mapping

Next up, we have introduced the capability to automatically identify fields to be mapped within RevenueHero for any customer’s website.

Here’s how you can set it up:

  1. When creating a Campaign Router, the first step gives you the option to map a form via the URL of the webpage that hosts the form.
  2. Once you enter the URL, RevenueHero does a quick check to detect the form. If detected, it shows you a screenshot of the said form.

router image

  1. Select and confirm the form.
  2. The form ID gets automatically mapped.
  3. You’ll have to map individual form fields to your CRM field based on the values extracted from your webpage. And you’re good to go.

-In cases where RevenueHero can’t identify the form, you’ll be asked to map it manually

If you need further assistance with this, reach out to us via Slack.

Chrome Extension Support for Outreach, SalesLoft, and Outlook

It’s been over a month since we rolled out the RevenueHero Chrome Extension. And our engineering team has been pulling out all the stops to make the Chrome Extension available within more tools you love and use - Outreach, SalesLoft, and Outlook.

  • In Outreach, you can now see a “Book a meeting” button inside the platform using which you can schedule a time with your prospect right away.

  • In addition to the “Book a meeting” button inside SalesLoft, you also have the option to use the rh/ command shortcut which is integrated with the SalesLoft text editor to book a meeting with your prospect.

  • For Outlook Web, here are all the capabilities that our Chrome Extension offers:
    1. Option to click and view the meetings’ primary guest account details in the CRM from your Outlook Calendar.
    2. Mark no-shows and Reassign meetings directly from the Outlook Calendar invite.
    3. Easy navigation to view complete meeting details inside RevenueHero.
    4. Check if a prospect exists in the CRM when creating a new event in Outlook Calendar, using the email address.

We hope these updates make your daily experience using RevenueHero a lot more frictionless and efficient.

DKIM (Email Configuration), OKTA SSO

It’s been a minute!

But we’re back here with some massive updates, which are in fact capabilities that have been highly requested and sought after by prospects in a scheduling solution like ours. And it’s finally here!

DKIM (Email Configuration)

With DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) you can customize the email domain used for all system generated emails to your prospects. This lets you add an additional layer of personalization, ensure spam-free communication for your prospects, and helps you stay on-brand at every touchpoint.

Yes, that includes email notifications for meeting invites, reminders, and more.

How to set it up

It’s a fairly simple and straightforward process.

  1. Head over to the Email Configuration tab under Settings.
  2. Click on “Get Started” and enter the custom domain you would like to use.
  3. You’ll be required to verify the domain.
  4. Upon verification, all your emails sent out via RevenueHero will have the custom domain.

Okta SSO

You can now set up a custom RevenueHero integration in Okta for Single Sign-On. This is another step forward in our commitment to our customer’s data security and privacy.

The Okta integration will enable secure access and authentication for customers while logging into our platform.

When it comes to setup, we’ll do most of the heavy lifting but we do require some initial setup to be done at your end to enable it. You can find the steps to get started here.

If you need any help during this process, reach out to us via the Slack channel and we’ll jump right in and get it sorted.

Chrome Extension

If you, like the author of this release note, have multiple tabs open on your browser to remember all the things you need to get done, you also know the hassle of shuffling through the tiny tabs till you find the one you’re looking for.

Especially if it is a time-critical task, like say booking a meeting with your AE and prospect while reading an email confirmation.

We are delighted to announce the launch of our Chrome Extension that lets you book meetings instantly from anywhere, anytime, and for the right sales rep.

Let’s break down the details of this huge release.

  • RevenueHero’s Chrome Extension is designed to allow SDRs/BDRs to book meetings wherever they are. This includes your sales engagement tools like Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo, your CRM, your mailbox, or any screen on your browser.

  • With this extension, SDRs will be able to add and send instant meeting availability slots in your emails. Customers get a 1-click booking experience as they can choose the slot that works for them right from their mailbox.

  • Reps can also use it to add inline meeting slots to email responses without having to navigate between multiple tabs.

  • SDRs can use the Chrome extension to handoff meetings to the right AEs instantly. Relay meeting links can be created and accessed from wherever they are - CRM, inbox, Outreach, and SalesLoft. RevenueHero looks up the right AE and lets them book the meeting instantly, sends out the invites, and updates all the meeting details in the CRM automatically.

  • With the extension, reps can view and manage all their meetings as well as their time zone and availabilities from wherever they are in the browser.

  • Another great aspect of the extension is that it creates shortcuts for all the meeting links (be it personal meeting links, Relay meeting links, or Campaign links). These shortcuts can be used by SDRs and AEs inside Gmail, HubSpot, and LinkedIn to quickly share specific meeting links.

Our Chrome Extension’s capabilities have been designed to cover a wide range of activities and tasks inside Google Calendar and Gmail.

  • Option to click and view the meetings’s primary guest account details in the CRM from Google Calendar.
  • Mark no-shows and Reassign meetings directly from the Google Calendar invite.
  • Easy navigation to view complete meeting details inside RevenueHero.
  • Check if a prospect exists in the CRM when creating a new event in Google Calendar, using the email address.

Chrome Extension image

  • In Gmail, each email thread and compose email window has a “Book a meeting” icon next to the sender’s name that allows you to insert meeting slots instantly.

  • An alternative to this is to use the meeting shortcuts by directly typing rh/ which will open a command menu to automatically insert the meeting link.

Chrome Extension image

How to set this up

  1. Download the RevenueHero extension to book meetings from the Chrome web store.
  2. Once installed, you will see a small RevenueHero icon on the Chrome extension bar, near the bookmarks.
  3. Click on the RevenueHero icon and sign in to your account.
  4. Once you’re logged in, you’re all set to start managing and booking meetings from wherever you are in the browser.

If you need further assistance reach out via Slack and we’ll help you set it up.
